Return & Exchange Policy

• Return / Exchange Window: You can request a return or exchange for any product within 7 days of delivery.
• Eligibility: Products must be in their original condition and packaging. Used or damaged items are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Exchange Process: To exchange a product, contact us via email or phone. The replacement product should be of equal value or the same price.
• Refund Process: Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
• Delivery Charges: Delivery charges are generally non-refundable unless the error is on our part.
